Rules of submission for Gioco Inedito 2017

Good afternoon,

I have a question on the submission rules. Can you please clarify the statement:
THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, MAY 30th. Any entries received after the deadline will not be evaluated, regardless of the shipping date.
Does this mean that if the game has not been physically received by the 30th of May, it will not enter the competition even if the form has been completed and the PDFs have been attached?
This is what I understand but I just want to make sure.
